Working with end-users

For each tenant with an activated configuration successfully deployed to its corresponding IAM instance, you can access both the tenant’s Loginapp (user login form) and Adminapp to manage the end-users associated with that configuration.

Accessing the tenant Loginapp and Adminapp

  1. In the Airlock SaaS Management Center, go to
    Operation > User management
  2. Go to the tenant dropdown list on top of the navigation tree to the left, and select the tenant for which you want to view the Loginapp and Adminapp, to manage the associated end-users.
  3. The User management dialog now displays the links to the corresponding tenant Loginapp and Adminapp.
  4. To open
    • the login form the end-users will see when they log in, click User login in the Open user login form section.
    • the tenant Adminapp to manage the end-user identities, click User management in the Open user management section.
 
Notice

The tenant Loginapp and Adminapp settings depend on the Airlock IAM configuration being activated. This configuration also defines the roles that can be assigned to an end-user. To enhance or amend the user management functionality, you should build and activate a new Airlock IAM configuration.
