Managing an organization

An organization represents the customer and is the root element to which all SaaS tenants and SaaS administrators are bound. It is created automatically upon successfully registering an account for Airlock SaaS. There can only be one organization per account.

It is possible to view and edit the organization details, such as its name or address, or to delete an organization without tenants. See below for instructions.

Prerequisites

To manage an organization, the role AMC - Manage organization is required. This role is by default part of the SaaS Administrator role, but can also be assigned separately to an administrator. See also SaaS roles and permissions.

Location in the SaaS Management Center

You can view and edit the organization details and delete the organization in the Organization dialog of the SaaS Management Center. For this, go to Administration > Organization.

Viewing or editing an organization

The Organization dialog displays the organization's name and address details. If necessary, you can edit these details. Click Save to save your modifications.

Deleting an organization

It is possible to delete an organization and all its associated users and administrators. An organization can only be deleted when there are no tenants in the organization.

To delete an organization, click the (red) Delete button on the bottom of the Organization dialog. Confirm the deletion in the following popup window.
