Licensing

The Community Edition does not require a license. If you want to try premium features without contacting a sales partner, you can request an evaluation license.

Either request an evaluation or premium license

  1. Request an evaluation license.
    • A license will be sent automatically within minutes and provides access to all premium features, with the following limitations:
      • Throughput limited to 5 requests per second (enforced)
      • Maximum of 2 replicas per Gateway
      • Valid for 6 months
      • Community support only
  2. Request a premium license.
    • Your sales partner will contact you for licensing.
  3. Follow the installation guide.

The public Airlock Community Support Forum is available for questions and free support around the Community edition:

  • Posting is possible for registered users.
  • The forum is managed by Airlock employees.
