IAM configuration for the bank's consent application

The bank's consent application is treated as all other web applications protected by Airlock Gateway and IAM. There are no special PSD2-relevant settings.

Username and password authentication
Transaction approval REST API (2nd factor involvement triggered by the bank's consent application)
