The application portal is a web UI in the loginapp that displays accessible applications and services to the end-user. It may be used as starting point after login and is implemented as a protected self-service.
The application portal offers the following features:
- Groups of target applications with group label and text
- Label and icon per application
- Different types of targets
- protected target applications (trigger authentication flow)
- IAM self-services
- external target URLs
- Dynamic selection of displayed targets based on configurable conditions (e.g. based on the user's roles)
- Auto-forwarding if only one target application is accessible
Note that the capabilities of the portal application differ between the Loginapp REST UI and the JSP-Loginapp. Please refer to the specific documentation linked below.
