KB - Verify the Airlock Gateway license for Back-side Kerberos SSO

Question or problem

Verify that the required features are unlocked in the Airlock Gateway license.

Procedure-related prerequisites

  • You must be logged in as an admin in the Airlock Gateway Configuration Center.

Instruction

Test execution and verification:

  1. Go to: System Setup >> License.
  2. Verify the license allows the following:
    • -Number of Back-end Hosts: Sufficient for additional back-ends and Airlock IAM.
    • -Number of Sessions: Sufficient.
    • -Kerberos: on
  4. The license fulfills the requirements.

    In case of failure:

    • Send an email to order@airlock.com to request a new license and activate it on Airlock Gateway.
