Kafka SASL SCRAM Authentication

Description
SASL/SCRAM authentication for Kafka.

SCRAM (Salted Challenge Response Authentication Mechanism) is a SASL authentication method where the client proves knowledge of a password without sending the password itself, using a salted hash and a challenge–response exchange.
