Query Parameter URI Transformation
Description
Transforms a URI by replacing it with a URI from a query parameter. The query parameters are URL-decoded during parsing of the input URI and normally do not have to be decoded again. This plugin stops the transformation chain if:
  • there is no query parameter with the configured name
  • or the parameter value is not a valid URI
  • or the extracted URI does match any of the configured allow patterns

The name of the query parameter that contains the URI to extract.

Description
If this flag is set, the transformation doesn't continue after this transformer, and the extracted URI is used as the overall result of the entire transformer chain.

Allowed URI Patterns (allowedUriPatterns)
Description

A list of regular expressions defining the allowed URI patterns.

A URI is accepted if at least one of the configured regular expressions matches. At least one pattern must be configured.

A regex that is too general can lead to open redirects.
