Local Date/Time Pattern
Description
Configuration for a Local Date/Time Pattern. In contrast to the Zoned Date/Time Pattern, the plugin allows to parse date time strings without a time offset, assuming it represents a date time for the local time zone. Therefore, when converting the parsed value to a Date, the system's default time zone is used.
