User Persister-based User Store
Description

This is a user store implementation that emulates the user store interface by calling user persister and user iterator methods of existing user persister plugins.

Note that this user store cannot handle complex queries and therefore is not suited for all use-cases. In particular, it does not support realm-restricted user search — a realm-scoped administrator querying users from this store will get an error.
