User search filter that allows filtering users by the mobile phone number of their mTAN tokens. Requires an mTAN token controller with an mTAN handler that stores mTAN data in the token table ('Token Data mTAN Handler'). The searched phone number is normalized with the token controller's mTAN settings and matched exactly, so the search finds tokens whose phone number was stored with the same normalization only.

On Microsoft SQL Server, the search scans all mTAN tokens since the token data column can't be indexed there, which may be slow with a large number of mTAN tokens.
