User search in Adminapp configuration

  1. Go to:
    Adminapp >> Users >> Section User List/Search Page
  2. Configure User Profile Items For Search with all the context data items that should be searchable.
  3. Set the default for Case-Sensitive Search As Default.
  4. Set the default for Only Search Words As Default.
    It is recommended to enable this option by default for optimized search performance.
  5. Set the default for Search In Username As Default.
    In scenarios with automatically generated usernames (e.g. UUID) it is recommended to disable this option. In all other scenarios, this option may be enabled.
  6. Optionally add Advanced Search Filters.
  7. The user Search screen in the Adminapp has been configured.
