Matrix cards letters are usually not generated directly from the Adminapp but just "ordered" (sets the matrix card letter order flag) and then batch-generated by the TAN Batch Task Plugin.
To configure it:
- Go to:
Service Container > Task Scheduler Config > Service > Tasks - Add a schedule with the task TAN Batch Task
- Configure the TAN Batch Task to match the configuration of the Loginapp and Adminapp
- Best use the Word to PDF Token List Renderer plugin: it uses Word files as templates and produces PDF files.
There are sample Word templates in the folder <install-dir>/instances/common/report-templates/. They work best with the demo configuration template.
