Password end-to-end encryption configuration

See Loginapp > Security Settings > Group Advanced Settings > Property End to End Password Encryption Handler
Configure an RSA End-to-End Password Encryption Handler (the Dummy handler can be used for testing)
Available decryption handlers are:

Static RSA Decryption Handler: Keys are configured statically in the configuration
Keystore RSA Decryption Handler: Keys are store in a key store. This can be an HSM or a file and is the recommended plugin.
