Flows as Airlock IAM concept

The Airlock IAM flow concept is a core concept that allows configuring workflows as a sequence of flow steps. Flows are mainly used for end-user interaction in the Loginapp and provide great flexibility in the design of user journeys.

General flow step example
  • Flows are used in multiple IAM features such as:
  • Authentication
  • Authorization
  • Self-registration
  • Public self-services (password reset, self-unlock, etc.)
  • Protected self-services (token self-management, profile self-service, password change, etc.)
  • Transaction approval
  • Technical client registration

This chapter describes the key concepts that are shared by the different types of flow steps and flows.
