Although it is possible to configure the UI from scratch, it is recommended to go with the Default Token Controller UI that provides functionality like adding, saving, deleting, enabling of a token as well as letter ordering out of the box. The only thing left to do is to configure the fields for a token and the access rights required for those actions.
