Target applications and internal services are configured in the Loginapp's "Application Settings". Consents for each target application and internal service can be configured in their advanced settings.
Again, the specified consents are mandatory to obtain access.
If internal pages of IAM are used as target applications, e.g. the portal page as default target application, and consents are required for them, the URLs of these target applications must be configured as "internal services".
Without this configuration, the URLs can be called directly and the consents are not enforced.
