In order to use the OneSpan (Vasco) Digipass self-service from the migration hint page, be sure that following additional requirements are met:
- User Data (see screen shot below)
- For each user that needs to migrate, a OneSpan (Vasco) token is assigned and delivered. It will be required during the process.
- The "Token after migration" must be set to "Vasco Token".
- User is not locked for any reason and able to log in (using the existing token before migration).
