Using the self-service

The self-service is available using the relative URI "matrix-registration" within the login application (e.g. https://myhost.com/auth/matrix-registration).

The page can be reached using a link in any application or using the migration hint page: The migration hint page settings in the login application is based on the users' next authentication method and asks users to migrate to new token types after login.

In order to use the Matrix self-service from the migration hint page, be sure that following additional requirements are met:

• User Data (see screen shot below)
• The "Token after migration" must be set to "Matrix Card".
• User is not locked for any reason and able to log in (using the existing token before migration).
