IAM allows all OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect providers to be used as an alternative authentication method. Typically, this feature is used in combination with 'Account Linking' to combine local with remote accounts. The user can then choose on the login page how to sign in.
The above configuration must be adjusted as follows:
- Enable Show On Login Page in the OpenID Connect Client Settings
- Set the Login Page Type property to any of USERNAME_PASSWORD, USERNAME_PASSWORD_TOKEN, or USERNAME_TOKEN (in Loginapp >> Authentication Settings)
The user will then be presented with a button on the login page that will lead him to the SwissID login.
