- The login fails due to a bad username or password even if we are sure that the username and password are correct. This behavior is persistent for all users.
- An error occurs if a user logs in successfully and the user gets a technical error message. Check if there is a User Persister configured in the Loginapp.
- In this case, the user must also exist in that user store, otherwise, the login fails.
We experience this behavior when we had the wrong domain name configured. Please check the NetBIOS domain name in the NetLogin settings is correct.
