Device management self-service

If configured in the self-service settings, the user can manage the activated Kobil AST devices under the Loginapp URL /kobil-device-management:


This screen has the option to lock and unlock a device (e.g. if it is lost or temporarily out of use - locked device will not be shown as an option during login). Furthermore, devices can be removed, e.g. if a smartphone has been replaced. Note that the last active device cannot be removed. And, if the maximum number of allowed devices (configuration option) has not yet been reached, the user can add an additional device in self-service fashion, without the involvement of the help desk.
