Our Loginapp REST UI is a modern single-page web application (SPA) based on IAM's Loginapp REST API. Like the older Loginapp (JSP) application it interacts with the end-customer for authentication, self-services, and more using flexible and powerful IAM flows.
The Loginapp REST UI is a cost-effective alternative to building a dedicated UI on top of the Loginapp REST API. It is especially useful because it is designed to work with the flow-based REST APIs, i.e., in most cases, it does not have to be reconfigured if flows are adapted.
- Configuration of the Loginapp REST UI is done in 2 steps:
- REST API configuration.
- UI configuration.
Note that the current version of the Loginapp REST UI supports a limited set of REST API features but is constantly extended in future versions. Since the Loginapp REST UI is based on the Loginapp REST API and not the old Loginapp (JSP), it does not and will not exactly reflect the JSP-Loginapp.
