Airlock 2FA Zero-Touch

Due to smartphone operating restrictions, the Airlock 2FA factor Zero-Touch is no longer supported by mobile apps.

The feature has therefore been removed from Airlock IAM.

There is no need to manually migrate the configuration. The IAM REST APIs have not been changed.

Customized JSP files (JSP-Loginapp) referencing soundproof Javascripts files may be simplified.
