Question or problem
Verify that the required features are unlocked in the Airlock Gateway license.
Procedure-related prerequisites
- You must be logged in as an admin in the Airlock Gateway Configuration Center.
Instruction
- Test execution and verification:
- Go to: System Setup >> License.
- Verify the license allows the following:
- -Number of Back-end Hosts: Sufficient for additional back-ends and Airlock IAM.
- -Number of Sessions: Sufficient.
- -Kerberos: on
- The license fulfills the requirements.
- In case of failure:
- Send an email to order@airlock.com to request a new license and activate it on Airlock Gateway.
