Disable Back-end KeepAlive on Airlock Gateway

Procedure-related prerequisites

  • You must be logged in as an admin in the Airlock Gateway Configuration Center.

Instruction

  1. Go to: Application Firewall >> Reverse Proxy.
  2. Edit the affected Back-end Group.
  3. Change to the Expert Settings tab.
  4. Select ON to enable the Security Gate Expert Settings.
  5. Configure the following Setting:
    6. BackendForceNewConnections         "TRUE"
  6. Click on the Activate button.
  7. The configuration has been updated successfully.
