The WebDAV extension needs to be enabled and an authoring rule to be configured in order to use it.

Instruction
- 1.Go to: Administrative Tools >> Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
- 2.In the Connections span, expand the Sites node tree.
- 3.In the Connections span, select the Default Web Site.
- 4.Double-click on the WebDAV Authoring Rules feature.
- 5.In the Actions span, click on Enable WebDAV.
- WebDAV is enabled for the particular Web Site.
- 6.In the Actions span, click on Add Authoring Rule...
- 7.Set the following values:
- a)Allow access to: All content
- b)Allow access to this content to: All users
- c)Permissions: Read, Source and Write
- 8.Click on OK to activate the setting.
- WebDAV is configured to allow all users full access.
